Weekly Rates
These rates are based on 1 weeks accommodation at Old Manse Cottage, Durness.
Weekly lets (7 nights) Sunday to Sunday available from £950.

Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
20% deposit to book which is non-returnable but dates can be changed if required within 1 year of the initial booking period.
Check-in is after 4 pm. Please check-out before 10am on date of departure.
Keys to the property will be available in a key safe.
Should you require a check-in or check-out outside of these times, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Smoking is not permitted in the house however the terrace and grounds are available for smoking.
We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a binding contract.
We reserve the right to make a full charge for any cancellation within 14 days of due arrival date and also for any remaining nights should you decide to discontinue your stay.
The above charges only apply if we are unable to re-let the property.

Catering during your stay
If you're going to be out for the day and don't fancy cooking on your return, we are pleased to offer some catering options to make your stay fuss-free.

Freshly prepared on the day, ready for you to simply heat up on your return to Old Manse Cottage after your day's excursion.
If you are interested in having fresh food prepared daily please enquire at the time of booking and a list of available items will be provided for your perusal.
We also have a weekly delivery of fish & seafood on Wednesday morning which usually includes :
Haddock, plaice, smoked haddock, bream, brill, turbot, halibut, salmon, monkfish, tuna, king prawns, scallops, crab claws, kippers etc
Lobster can be pre-ordered when available – we need to know on Monday of your week's stay to order in time.
If you do decide to order items I would ideally like a 2 weeks notice in order to source ingredients.
We can provide a 2, 3 or 4-course menu.
Our kitchen is Level 2 Certified for Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering.
Old Manse Cottage is thoroughly cleaned between lets to recognised covid - 19 safe standards.
